A Special Connection Foundation (ASCF) provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities.  We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  We are partially funded by the state of Arizona. 

The Mission of ASCF is to provide exceptional care and specialized services that  empower and encourage special needs individuals to reach their fullest potential and lead fulfilling lives as independently as possible.

Every individual will be treated individually and equally, while providing the highest level of communication and education.  We are committed to long-term relationships with everyone involved and encourage parent/guardian participation in the services we provide.

Our services are provided in both a center environment as well as in the home.   We Provide Attendant Care, Day Treatment Training (afterschool Program), Day Treatment Summer ( Summer Program), Habilitation, Housekeeping and Respite.  Please see our Services Page for a more detailed description of all our Services.
